Trade Space Checklist

Trade Stand Applications. 

The Albany Agricultural Society has put together the following checklist to help our Traders comply with the regulations for trading at the Albany Agricultural Show.
Steps for Traders:

  1. Sign in/Register for an Account for Trade Space through The Albany Agricultural Show website: Click here to register. - (It’s imperative that you register for, or already have an account on this website to make an application.)
  2. Provide a copy of current insurance, Certificate of Currency.
  3. Stalls selling alcohol will need to provide a current license. 
  4. Site map, stall allocation and trade passes will be emailed to your registered email address in the last week of October.
  5. Ensure electrical items have a current Test and Tag compliance.
  6. Break down and recycle cardboard in the appropriate skip bins.

Further Requirements for Food Traders:

Food traders using gas need to ensure current WA Certificate of Compliance plate is attached to the LP Gas system. Click here to read the Gas Standards (Gas Supply and System Safety) Regulations 2000.

Food traders need to provide their Food Registration to The Albany Agricultural Society Office and visibly display at the trade site.

Use waste oil and wastewater disposal locations.
